做法:春(chūn )笋切成(chéng )片后加少许盐捞出后用清水浸泡,生姜切片,葱切成段。锅烧热,倒入2勺(sháo )油,放(fàng )入生姜、春笋、牛肉片、葱段翻炒1分钟左右。再加入(rù )生抽、老(lǎo )抽、蚝油翻炒均匀,加入少(shǎo )量清(qīng )水(shuǐ )半掩住春笋,盖(gài )上锅盖大火煮开后转中火。煮到水(shuǐ )快(kuài )熬(áo )干的时候加入盐(yán ),翻炒均匀稍(shāo )收汁时盖上(shàng )锅盖(gài )焖(mèn )。 -
