做法:洗(xǐ )净(jìng )宰好鲫鱼,洗净淮山和薏米。用清水把(bǎ )陈皮泡软,拍裂一小块姜,热锅,用姜块在锅上擦一遍(biàn ),放两勺油(yóu ),待油六成热(rè )下(xià )鱼,煎至微黄。煮沸瓦煲里的清水(shuǐ ),放(fàng )入(rù )煎煮好(hǎo )的鲫鱼和其他材料(liào ),武火煮沸,转中(zhōng )小火煲一个半小时(shí ),下盐调味即可品(pǐn )尝。 -
