做法:洗净宰好鲫鱼,洗(xǐ )净淮山和薏米(mǐ )。用清水(shuǐ )把陈(chén )皮泡软,拍裂一小块姜,热(rè )锅(guō ),用姜块在锅上擦一遍,放两勺(sháo )油,待油六成热下(xià )鱼,煎至微黄。煮沸(fèi )瓦煲里的清水,放入煎煮好的(de )鲫鱼和其(qí )他材料,武火煮沸,转中(zhōng )小火煲(bāo )一(yī )个(gè )半小(xiǎo )时,下盐调味即可品尝。 -
