做法:春(chūn )笋切成片后加少(shǎo )许盐捞出后用清水浸(jìn )泡(pào ),生姜切片(piàn ),葱切(qiē )成段。锅烧(shāo )热(rè ),倒入2勺油,放入生姜、春笋、牛肉片、葱段(duàn )翻炒1分(fèn )钟左右。再加(jiā )入生抽、老抽、蚝(háo )油(yóu )翻炒均(jun1 )匀,加入少量清水半掩住(zhù )春笋(sǔn ),盖上锅盖大火煮开(kāi )后转中火。煮到水快熬干的时候加入盐,翻炒均匀稍收汁时盖上锅盖焖。 -
